Oneida Process Service LLC was founded in September 2012 by Nicholas Hudson of Oneida. Having previously served process on behalf of landlords, friends, and attorneys with whom we are acquainted, Mr. Hudson began to realize the true need for a professional process service company in Central New York. At that point, the dream of what would become Oneida Process Service LLC was born. We are no strangers to process service or the law. Our partners and process servers have backgrounds in criminal justice, are well versed in the laws and regulations related to process service, and have the appropriate experience necessary to ensure quality service.

In July 2017, Oneida Process Service LLC expanded its operation to Western New York, covering the Rochester, NY, area and surrounding regions. We also introduced new services such as skip tracing and specialized landlord services. We also introduced a landlord member group featuring consultation service and monthly group meetings to discuss landlord-tenant issues.


How We're Different

We realize that you could hire just about anyone to serve papers for you. However, when you hire someone inexperienced, you are hiring someone that does not understand the laws that govern service of process, and risk compromising the integrity of your case. At Oneida Process Service, we hold ourselves to a very high standard. We are very in tune with the laws and regulations that govern our business and stay abreast to changes in these rules that might affect our business. We keep detailed documentation, notes, and photographs to support our serves. We go the extra mile to ensure that you and your client are always satisfied with our work. We are polite, courteous, and professional to everyone we work with - even the people that we serve.

Nick Hudson President & CEO

Nick is a lifetime resident of Oneida with a mixed professional background including criminal justice, customer service and IT related fields. Nick founded the company in 2012 and has worked tirelessly over the years to build the brand. He presents manages the company and actively participates in the day-to-day operations, including answering the phone and serving papers. In his limited spare time, you can find Nick traveling and catching up on his favorite TV shows.

Ian Jack Vice President

A Rome native, Ian joined our team as a process server in June 2014 and quickly proved himself as a "go getter". In January 2015, he was promoted to the rank of Field Supervisor, responsible for the oversight of our process servers out on the road. In July 2017, Ian was appointed Vice President. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations of our Rochester, NY, office. When he's not out serving papers, Ian is actively involved with community service events.
